Installed on the car top. Captures continuous vibration, acoustic and operational data on every trip, and powers the Point Collector over RS485. This is the unit that builds the long-term trend.
The devices
A modular sensing system,
installed in about 15 minutes.
Every device uses non-invasive magnetic mounting. Installation requires no drilling or connection to the controller and can be completed during a routine maintenance visit. The design brief was simple: make installation straightforward enough to scale across a fleet.
01 · The sensing devices
Two that stay. One that travels.
The Fixed Monitor and the Point Collector work as a pair for continuous oversight. The Portable Inspector travels with the technician — on-site verification at the car top, the counterweight, the machine room or the pit. All three share the same sensing core and the same data model, so a portable reading and a fixed trend are directly comparable.
A second, smaller sensor at the car door. The door system has its own vibration signature, which a car-top sensor may not resolve cleanly, so it gets a dedicated measurement point.
Fits in a toolbox and attaches magnetically in seconds — on the car top, the counterweight, in the machine room or the pit. It can run from 100–240 V AC power or a battery. A swappable external power bank keeps it usable at test points without an outlet.
02 · Three ways to deploy
Modular devices. Flexible deployment. From continuous monitoring through to on-site verification.
Most buyers start with one of the first two configurations. The third combines continuous monitoring with on-site measurement, creating a fuller workflow for investigation and verification.
24/7 always-on oversight
For aging units, high-traffic buildings, remote sites, or a portfolio-wide rollout. Vibration, acoustics, speed and door-zone data captured around the clock, with the AI raising warnings on its own.
- Proactive alerts before a failure, not after
- A passively collected, traceable operating record for each elevator
- Maintenance effectiveness quantified visit by visit
On-demand measurement, where needed
For fault troubleshooting, post-repair acceptance, scheduled multi-point inspections and third-party verification. One device covers the car top, counterweight, machine room and pit — including points where there is no power to draw on.
- Real-time curves on site, with voice annotation
- Fully offline collection where there is no signal
- Unlimited elevators and test points per visit
Monitoring and on-site verification, in one closed loop
Continuous monitoring narrows attention to the elevators, suspected components and locations that warrant inspection. The portable device can then measure those points on site to help confirm the suspected source and assess severity. The two tools serve different roles: fixed monitoring captures long-term trends, while portable measurement supports focused field verification.
From reactive repair to predictive maintenance: continuous monitoring, focused inspection and data-based verification.
03 · Installation
About 15 minutes, within a routine visit.
No structural modification, controller connection or building-network integration is required. Installation can be completed by qualified personnel, in inspection mode, during a routine maintenance visit.
What we do not need from you
No controller integration, building-network connection, drilling or permanent mounting is required. Installation is carried out in inspection mode by qualified personnel and can be incorporated into a routine maintenance visit.
What we do need
Normal maintenance access to the car top, an existing 100–240 V AC outlet, and about 15 minutes of a technician’s time.
Removing it is just as easy
Magnetic mounting requires no drilling or permanent fixture. One unit shows you what the data looks like; to evaluate a broader rollout, a multi-unit pilot can show how the system performs across different operating conditions.
04 · Compatibility
It does not depend on the controller brand.
Because the sensing is external and physical, brand compatibility is not a feature list we maintain — it is a consequence of the architecture. The practical question is not "do you support our brand" but "can a technician reach the car top".
Multiple brands
Global OEMs, regional manufacturers, and units whose original maker no longer exists. Mixed-brand portfolios sit in one dashboard.
A wide range of ages
Because each unit is measured against its own baseline, a 25-year-old elevator is a perfectly good subject — arguably the most valuable one.
Traction elevators
Our core focus today, and where the fault signature library is deepest. Hydraulic, screw-driven and other types of elevator need targeted adaptation.
Units nobody else will connect
An OEM platform will not connect a competitor’s elevator, and often will not connect its own older ones either. Those units are the reason this product exists.
